Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

We ship from EU warehouses, so most orders arrive within 5–9 business days in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Other European countries typically receive orders within 7–12 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders over €50 ship free across the EU. Orders under €50 have a flat shipping fee of €4.95.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Currently we ship within the European Union only. We're working on expanding to more regions — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on all products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us at hello@getpawtech.com and we'll arrange a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@getpawtech.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Are the GPS collars waterproof?

Yes, our Smart GPS Dog Collar is waterproof and designed to handle rain, puddles, and outdoor activity. It's rated for everyday outdoor use.

Does the GPS collar require a subscription?

The GPS functionality may require a SIM card or data plan depending on your network setup. Details are included in the product description and manual.

Is the auto-feeder suitable for all dog breeds?

Our Smart Auto-Feeder works with most standard dry kibble. It's suitable for small to large breeds — the portion size is fully adjustable via the app.

What's the battery life on the GPS collar?

In standard tracking mode, the GPS collar lasts approximately 5–7 days per charge. In power-saving mode, battery life extends to 2 weeks.

Are the products safe for puppies?

Most products are suitable for dogs 6 months and older. Always supervise puppies with interactive toys. Check individual product pages for age recommendations.

Tech & Compatibility

What app do I use to control the products?

Each product works with its own companion app, available on both iOS and Android. Download links are included in the product packaging.

Is there a warranty?

All PawTech products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This is in addition to your statutory EU consumer rights.
