At PawTech, we ship from EU-based warehouses to ensure fast and reliable delivery across Europe.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Netherlands — 3–5 business days
  • Germany — 4–7 business days
  • United Kingdom — 5–8 business days
  • Rest of EU — 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over €50
  • Orders under €50: flat rate of €4.95

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link in your confirmation email or via our Track Your Order page.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders within the EU, there are no additional customs or import duties. For UK orders, prices include VAT. In rare cases where duties are assessed, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:

  1. Check your tracking status using the link in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Allow an additional 2–3 business days (delays can happen with carriers)
  3. If still not received, contact us at hello@getpawtech.com with your order number

We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement/refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. PawTech is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will try to update the shipping address before dispatch.
