We ship to all EU countries from our warehouses in Germany and the Netherlands. Our primary markets are:

Order Processing

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 CET or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.


Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

Not happy with your purchase? No problem. We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all products. This exceeds the EU-required 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

How to Return

  1. Contact us โ€” Email hello@getpawtech.com with your order number
  2. Get your label โ€” We'll send a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
  3. Ship it back โ€” Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at any PostNL/DHL/UPS point
  4. Get your refund โ€” Refund processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Bundle items must be returned as a complete set for bundle pricing refund

Exchanges

Need a different product? Simply return the original item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the right product to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us immediately at hello@getpawtech.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
