Return & Refund Policy

At PawTech, we want you and your pup to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
  • The item must not be a final sale or clearance product

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@getpawtech.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided label
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or we made an error

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This is in addition to our 30-day return policy.
