2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through getpawtech.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — the version at the time of your order applies.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required
  • Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an incorrect price is discovered after your order, we will contact you before proceeding
  • We do not guarantee product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will refund you in full

4. Orders

  • By completing checkout, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error, unavailability)
  • You must be 18 or older to place an order

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • iDEAL (Netherlands)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Klarna (where available)
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments / Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping

  • We ship to all EU countries, the United Kingdom, and the United States
  • Standard delivery: 7-14 business days (EU); 10-20 business days (non-EU)
  • Express options may be available at checkout
  • Free shipping on orders over €50 (EU destinations)
  • Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays outside our control
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
Customs & Import Duties: For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are your responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Your Right to Cancel (EU Consumers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period)

Under EU consumer law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

How to cancel: 1. Email us at info@getpawtech.com with your order number and the words "I wish to cancel my order" 2. Return the product(s) in their original condition within 14 days of notifying us 3. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return)

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.

The cooling-off period does not apply to:

  • Personalised or customised products
  • Products that have been used and cannot be returned in original condition
  • Perishable goods

8. Returns & Refunds

  • 30-Day Return Policy: Beyond the 14-day legal right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange (not a legal right — our goodwill policy)
  • Products must be in original, unused condition with original packaging
  • Faulty products: full refund or replacement at our cost, including return shipping
  • To initiate a return: email info@getpawtech.com with your order number and reason
Refund timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take additional time to process.

9. Warranties & Product Liability

  • Products are sold as described. Where products have manufacturer warranties, we will communicate these on the product page
  • We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell. For technical defects, we will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue
  • Under Dutch/EU consumer law, you are entitled to a 2-year statutory guarantee on all products. If a product is defective within 2 years of purchase, contact us at info@getpawtech.com

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure: extreme weather, strikes, supplier failure, etc.)
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Dutch or EU consumer law.

All content on getpawtech.com — including logos, images, copy, and design — is owned by PAWTECH or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
